From 27 to 30 September, Lotem Winery offers harvest-and-fermentation season tours. The experience includes about 30 minutes inside the working winery, five tastings including wines in progress, and a light meal of cheeses, breads and dips. Adults only, advance booking required; ₪160 per person.
