On November 20–21, Yarka offers tours of local olive groves with hands-on harvesting, an introduction to local tradition and a visit to a working olive press. The route also includes spice centres, Galilean herbs and olive-oil products. Starts are at 10:00 and 12:00; participation should be coordinated with the organiser.
