On 18 September from 15:00, Nahariya Youth Center hosts a free beach afternoon for active-duty soldiers, discharged soldiers and reservists within ten years of discharge. The programme includes a guided ice bath, massages, beach volleyball, haircuts and braiding; the DJ starts at 16:00. Registration is required through the organiser link.
The regional programme lists an Adamit Park walk on 18 September, 10:00–14:00, including Keshet Cave, viewpoints and cheese tasting. Advance booking is required; confirm the meeting point and route availability with the organiser.

On 19 September, 11:30–13:00, blacksmith and sculptor Walid Khoury hosts a studio visit in Fassuta with a live traditional coal-forging demonstration, an artist talk and a gallery tour. On 23 September, Nahariya Municipality presents a Spanish flamenco evening in its Performances from Around the World series. The event is at the archaeological site beside the historic Byzantine mosaic; the accessible announcement does not state the time or admission terms.
On 23 September, 17:30–23:00, the programme includes an evening market of local farmers and producers, an arts-and-crafts fair and DJ music. Admission is free.
